Administrative Project Manager. BJA 455
Location: Middleburg, VA
Well established commercial real estate company seeks an Administrative Project Manager.
The position is 100% in the office. The environment is congenial and has long tenured employees.
You will provide support to the chairman and owner of the company handling a wide variety of tasks from the most basic to very complex situational matters that require a very detailed mind with an abundance of logic and an entrepreneurial thought process. Some examples of responsibilities are as follows:
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
- File management
- Contract management
- Property management
- Small maintenance/repair/renovation management
- Other duties as assigned
This position will require the team member to manage both inhouse and third-party resources to accomplish the goal as required by the Chairman.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with a variety of business practices and procedures such as building and property management, real estate acquisitions, legal correspondence, and budgeting. Other requirements are as follows:
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in project management or supporting an executive in a similar role
- Hands on work style with ownership mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think through all scenarios
- Organized and thrives in a structured environment
- Positive attitude and poised under pressure
- Ethical and trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
